As a seasoned Real Estate Professional in Kingman, AZ, I've found that most people who are selling their homes have a lot more going on in their lives than just relocating. There's usually an underlying reason, such as a change in workplace, a divorce, loss of a spouse, etc. It only takes one phone call to change our lives forever, and when that happens, I'm here to help.

I work with many people who have bought a home here to retire and live the good life. Then, after 20 years or so of enjoying all that Kingman has to offer, life changes. They start thinking about moving closer to their family and quite often are overwhelmed with the thought of moving or selling all their possessions. I also work with families of people who have passed away and are now dealing with not only the grief of losing a loved one but also all that goes into dissolving the estate.

I work my hardest to make these transitions as smooth as possible for all concerned. I have contacts for everything that's needed, from house cleaners to Attorneys. I'll go to the property and evaluate what may need to be done to get it listed for sale. I know what problems will be called out by inspectors and what lenders will need repaired. I'll figure out the value of your home with repairs and without and give you an estimate of what the repair costs will be. Then you can choose how you would like to proceed. I'm happy to either step in and run everything, as if it was my home, or you can take control and I'll be here to help. Many of my clients have been from out of state; they've driven in, taken everything they want from the house, and handed me the keys to finish up all that's needed, and I'm fine with that.
